Medidet brand policy of return, reship , refund and cancellation

Return Policy:

At Medidet, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.

Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@medidet.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Reshipment Policy:

In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to accept delivery, we will reship the order upon confirmation of the correct address and payment of any additional shipping fees.

Refund Policy:

We offer refunds for eligible returns in accordance with our Return Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at contact@medidet.com. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy.

Please note that special promotions, clearance items, and personalized products may be excluded from our standard return and refund policies. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our return criteria or to charge a restocking fee for returned items that are not in their original condition.
